Scratch tickets are distributed during the Claw World Chinatown Grand Opening promotion with qualifying purchases of $20 or more in Player Card packages.

Grand Opening Event: March 28, 2026
4. Finalist Drawings
Customers receiving MEGA, GRAND, MAJOR, or MINOR JACKPOT FINALIST tickets must present their ticket in person to participate in the live prize drawings on March 29th, 2026.
5. Jackpot Claim Date
All Jackpot Finalists and Grand Prize winners must appear in person on March 29, 2026 to participate in the final prize drawings and claim their prizes.
6. Must Be Present to Win
Finalists must be present at the drawing when their ticket is called. If the selected finalist is not present, another ticket may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption
• Prizes must be redeemed according to the instructions printed on the ticket.
• Restaurant prizes must be redeemed directly at participating partner restaurants.
• Some prizes may require a purchase as specified on the ticket.

Claw World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.
