VIP Membership

By enrolling in the Claw World VIP Membership Program, members agree to the following terms and conditions:

• VIP Membership is limited to one membership per person, must be 18 or older.
  Members may not create multiple accounts using different phone numbers, names, photos, or payment methods. 
• A valid photo ID may be required to verify membership ownership.
  Claw World reserves the right to deny or terminate memberships suspected of fraud, abuse, sharing, or misuse. 
• Monthly VIP tokens may accumulate and carry over only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
  If the membership is canceled, expired, suspended, or terminated, all unused saved tokens may be forfeited. 
• The daily 5 free VIP tokens are valid only when they are issued.
  Daily free tokens: 
  • Cannot be saved or rolled over 
  • Cannot be accumulated 
  • Must be used when they are issued. 
  • Have no cash value 
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member. 
• Claw World reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate any VIP Membership at any time for: 
  • Abuse of the system 
  • Fraudulent activity 
  • Harassment of staff or guests 
  • Unauthorized reselling 
  • Sharing memberships 
  • Violations of store policies 
  • Any behavior deemed harmful to the business, staff, or customer experience 
• Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. 
• Claw World reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue VIP Membership benefits, policies, promotions, or terms at any time without prior notice.
